Ms Grace Fu is the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment. Prior to her current appointment, she was the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and held various positions at the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Development. Ms Fu began her career with the Overseas Union Bank and was the Chief Executive Officer of PSA Southeast Asia and Japan before joining the public sector.

Erik Solheim is a well known global leader on environment and development as well as an experienced peace negotiator. He served as Norwegian minister of Environment and International Development from 2005-12. During that period he initiated the global program for conservation of rainforests and brought through game changing National legislation – among them the Biodiversity Act and legislation to protect Oslo city forests. He brought Norwegian development assistance to 1%, the highest in the world. 

Erik has been chair of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (the main body of world donors) as well as Executive Director of UN Environment. He led the peace efforts in Sri Lanka as the main negotiator of the peace process and played a vital role in peace efforts in Nepal , Myanmar and Sudan. 

Currently he is senior adviser at World Resources Institute and President of the Belt and Road Green Development Institute in Beijing. Erik is Chief Mentor of Global Alliance for Sustainable Planet and Chairman of the Board of Afroz Shah Foundation in Mumbai. He is adviser to April, the world´s largest paper and pulp company in Indonesia, to Aker Horizons, Norway’s leading green industry corporation and to Norwegian electric battery company Morrow. He serves as chairman of the development roundtable in Green Hydrogen Organization and as a board member of International Hydropower Association. He is co-chair of Treelion a green blockchain company in Hong Kong.

Eu-Lin leads the Sustainability & Climate Change practice across PwC Singapore and she is also a member of the wider PwC Global ESG Leadership Team. She also drives the PwC Asia Pac Centre for Sustainability Excellence. She helps clients strategise, implement, report and obtain assurance across a range Environmental, Social and Governance issues. This includes but not limited to in the areas of carbon measurement, decarbonisation and net zero pathways, climate risk assessments, impact assessments, green and sustainable finance, sustainability strategy and sustainability reporting. She has worked in London and Singapore and served clients across financial services, government, real estate, marine, oil and gas, consumer, resources and telecommunications.

Eu-Lin graduated with a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University. She is an Edwards S. Mason Fellow and an alumnus of Harvard Business School. As a practicing Singapore Chartered Accountant, she believes that accountants can play an important role in fighting climate change and advancing sustainability in business and in the community. 

Eu-Lin serves on not-for-profit boards where she is a board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chairman of a healthcare board and board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chairman of an international school. She is also the board member of an Institute of Higher Learning where she sits as an Audit Committee member and the Deputy Chairman of its business school. She also serves on committees under the Ministry of Sustainability and Environment.

GINLEE Studio is a design-led multidisciplinary fashion company that focuses on the exploration of textile, form, fit and function of the clothing which it designs.  

Both of the founders are designers, Gin is a fashion designer and Tamir is an industrial designer. Together, they have shaped the way GINLEE STUDIO has been using design to tackle their challenges.   

_/\/\/\ake in shop project aims to address two key challenges faced by the fashion industry in excess stock/over manufacturing and the evolution of consumer preferences against traditional brick and mortar stores.

Joyce Tsoi is the Director of Collective Action Programs, APAC at the SAC. She is based in Hong Kong. She manages all SAC’s Collective Action programs and activities, support members and EcoSystem partners to prioritize actions, accelerate sustainable environmental and social impacts and transform our industry into one that gives more than it takes- to the people and the planet. Through building strong industry partnership and collaboration with our Ecosystem and strategic partners from all sectors across our value chain, our aspirational goals could be achieved together: 45% GHG emissions reduction in line with Science Based Targets by 2030 against a 2020 baseline to combat climate change; supports workers’ rights, safety and livelihoods by 2025. 

Before joining the SAC team, Joyce was the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Sustainability at VF Corporation where she spearheaded the key supply chain sustainability program. She’s actively involved in driving corporate and industry sustainability strategies and efforts through the adoption and verification of Higg Index FEM environmental impact measurement activities, Global Wastewater Compliance program, Science Based Targets (SBTs), energy efficiency and renewable energy program aiming to improve the environment, workers and communities and build climate resilience. In addition, she brings over 16 years of diverse global experience across multiple industry sectors including apparel and footwear, electronics, hardgoods, home goods, food and beverage, home goods and toys industries in Europe, US and Asia.

Graham Ross is an entrepreneur and environmentalist with a world-leading focus on textile sustainability and innovation. Graham is co-founder of BlockTexx, an Australian clean technology company that has developed patent pending technology to recover value from unwanted clothing through its separation of fibre technology (S.O.F.T.). In 2022, BlockTexx commenced operations of a commercial scale textile recovery facility, that combines advanced chemistry and advanced manufacturing to process blended textiles back into their raw materials.

Lucita Jasmin is the Director for Sustainability & External Affairs at APRIL Group, where she leads the advancement and implementation of APRIL’s sustainability commitments, policy and programmes, including stakeholder engagement and communications. In 2020, she led the development and rollout of the company’s APRIL2030 sustainability agenda with ambitious commitments across climate, nature, people and business growth. Lucita has a global base of expertise in strategic and corporate communications in the intergovernmental and private sectors. Prior to her current post, she served at the United Nations Environment Programme headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya where she led strategy development, planning and execution of global communication programmes and campaigns, focused on resource efficiency and sustainable consumption and production.

On a mission to reinvent the landscape of retail and media, ZERRIN is committed to nurturing a community of citizens, brands and up-and-coming talent driving positive change, to spark the culture shift we need to create a better world. Susannah has appeared on lists for Eco-Business—which recognised the work of sustainability changemakers under 30 in Asia Pacific—as well as on Tatler Asia’s Most Influential 2021. She has given talks for companies like Coty, Great Eastern, Ernst & Young, Fashion Revolution and General Assembly, and has presented for schools like Lasalle College of the Arts, Raffles College of Higher Education and Singapore American School. A British native of English-Indian descent, Susannah has been living in Singapore for the last 10 years.

Jeffery Tan is Group General Counsel, Chief Sustainability Officer and Director Legal & Corporate Affairs. He is responsible for legal, compliance, sustainability matters, communications and public affairs at the Group level. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary of MINDSET, a registered charity of Jardine Matheson in Singapore that is focused on mental health and wellness. Before joining the Group, he has over 20 years of private practice and in-house legal experience with Allen & Gledhill, DLA Piper, Siemens and Motorola. Jeffery was also President of Motorola Singapore for five years. He is a Board Member of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. Jeffery has an LLB (Honours) from the National University of Singapore. He is a senior Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and a senior Solicitor of England & Wales. He has completed the Senior. Executive Management Program at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and the Driving Strategic Innovation Program conducted by MIT’s Sloan School of Management and IMD.

Mr Ernie Koh is the Executive Director (Marketing) of Koda Ltd (listed in Singapore Stock Exchange 2001) and the Chairman of Commune Lifestyle Pte Ltd (100% subsidiary of Koda Ltd). He has significant experience in international marketing and is at the helm of the Group’s marketing initiatives, particularly in customer relationship management, client base diversification, trade fairs participation, new product launches and marketing talent recruitment. During his tenure of over 25 years with Koda, he has rapidly expanded Koda’s market share, reaching out to more than 120 customers across more than 40 countries globally. 

Ernie is also actively involved in the business and creative communities. He is the Presidential Advisor for the Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC) and Chairman of the ASEAN Furniture Industries Council. 

He is also the President of the Singapore Retailers Association, Council Member of SBF and SCCCI, Advisor of the SFIC Institute and Member of the SFIC Sustainability Taskforce. 

An avid enthusiast for green and sustainability, Ernie also spearheads the initiation of a series of green initiatives to raise awareness on issues such as sustainability and compliances, assisting companies in the adoption of best practices and improvement of quality of life. 

Ernie holds a BSc. in Marketing from the University of Oregon (USA) and an MBA in International Marketing from the San Francisco State University (USA).

Dimitri has developed a strong expertise in the Sustainability and Circular Economy space, working alongside leading Corporates, Financial Investors and Government organisations (e.g. Singapore, France) to identify market opportunities and risks, and develop commercially viable solutions. Dimitri has significant cross-border experience across South East Asia having joined the Singapore office 10 years ago from PwC Paris and London before that.

Cynthia is a Senior Manager within the Sustainability & Climate Change practice at PwC Singapore. Over the past 5 years, she has worked in Singapore and the UK to serve clients on a diverse range of sustainability topics across Environmental, Social and Governance matters, assisting them in identifying risks and opportunities, developing ESG strategies and the measurement, management and reporting of relevant KPIs. As a Chartered Accountant, Cynthia’s portfolio has also covered assurance engagements for large listed and private organisations. Her clients cover a wide range of sectors, from manufacturing and retail through to development funds and agriculture, across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Cynthia is a youth leader in the National Youth Council and also volunteers at an urban farm in her free time. She believes in the power of community and the tremendous impact that ground-up initiatives can make in protecting our planet.

DIANA SER is a veteran presenter and former broadcast journalist with more than two decades’ experience in the Singapore media industry. Her experience spans both journalism and entertainment, in both English and Mandarin. As a moderator, facilitator or emcee, Diana often anchors high profile corporate and government events including interviewing Singapore’s Founding Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew at the 40th Anniversary of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Other clients include Cisco, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, HSBC, National Parks Board, ExxonMobil etc. The types of events she has anchored include dialogues, launches, conferences, award gala dinners, groundbreaking ceremonies etc. Recent events she has hosted include: 

– Official gazette of the historic Fullerton Hotel as a national monument 

– President’s Challenge F1 Charity Luncheon 

– KPMG Singapore 75th Anniversary gala dinner

As an emcee and facilitator, Diana has been described as quick on her feet, gracious, intelligent and a consummate professional. She is also a brand ambassador for household names such as Montblanc and Acuvue in 2017. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, Diana produces and runs a digital platform to encourage parents to nurture bilingual children during the preschool years. She currently writes a parenting column for the TODAY newspaper. She has a Master of Communication from the Nanyang Technological University. She received the inaugural Nanyang Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 2005.
